There remains no evidence that vaccines cause autism

Although allegations arise from time to time about a link between autism and childhood vaccines, the medical community has spent the last 30 years examining this question numerous times with the same conclusion – there is no link between autism and vaccines. As health care professionals and parents, we want what is best for children – ours and yours. Multiple large studies have been performed by independent researchers from around the world and have included different groups of children. Overwhelmingly, these studies concluded there is no evidence to support an association between vaccines and autism.

These concerns started when Dr. Andrew Wakefield, a gastroenterologist, published a study in 1998 where he associated the onset of autism symptoms with the timing of the MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) combination vaccine. Wakefield was later found to have knowingly falsified data and to have financial interests in the study, including a pending application for an alternative measles-only vaccine. Once his fraud was discovered, the journal redacted the study and Wakefield was stripped of his United Kingdom medical license. Unfortunately, he decided to make a documentary on his journey that has stirred up much of this controversy.

Two large studies performed outside of the United States highlight the lack of association between the MMR vaccine and autism. In a study from Denmark which included 537,303 children – the rate of autism was compared between children vaccinated with the MMR and unvaccinated children. The researchers found no difference in the rate of autism between the two groups. The second study was conducted in Japan, where the rate of autism was compared between a group of children who received the combination MMR vaccine and another group who received the measles-only vaccine. Again, there was no difference in the rate of autism between the groups. In 2014, researchers in Australia reviewed all studies done on this topic, which involved over 1.2 million children, and found no link between any vaccine or preservative and autism.

So why has there been an increase in autism? Autism rates have steadily increased throughout the world. This is in part due to better training and greater emphasis placed on identifying individuals with autism. Doctors and specialists are now more capable of recognizing risk factors and detecting mild, subtle symptoms of autism. This accounts for most of the “epidemic” increase we have seen in autism. So what are the causes of autism? There is not a single known cause for autism, but the general consensus is that it involves multiple factors. Genetic factors appear to be the most important contributor.

With many voices offering opinions on this topic, it can be hard for parents to know what is best for their child. In newspapers, television, and social media, you can find someone with an opinion on this topic. Unfortunately, many of these are just that – opinions – and they omit any substantial evidence for their position. The continued claims of a link between vaccines and autism are a distraction to the autism community and have already led to outbreaks of life-threatening infections, such as the measles outbreak in 2014. Vaccine refusals (including delays) put not only our children at risk, but also affect other children – ones who cannot receive vaccinations due to a weakened immune system or young infants who have not already received these vaccines.

As health care providers for children, we strongly believe it is important for families to understand that vaccines do not cause autism. Vaccines protect our children from life-threatening and dangerous diseases. Personally, we each have young children at home. As parents, we chose to vaccinate our own children following CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines because we believe they are safe and are not associated with autism. We strongly encourage you to vaccinate your child. Like you, we want the best for them. If you have any questions about vaccines, please have a conversation with your pediatrician.

      1. Then there must be a study somewhere providing scientific evidence as to the cause of such tragically high rates of autism in our populace – one of every 45 children is the current count, estimated that one of every two is expected by 2025.. Where’s that scientific explanation, would you have it? Please share it.

    1. It seems a lot of people who have attended Google University have flocked to share their biased and debunked information in the face of professionals with actual degrees. None of you are “woken”, you are stuck in an echo chamber that forever attends to your confirmation bias.

There is not one credible link between Autism and Vaccination; the people who post lists with “hundreds of studies supporting this link” have 1) not read the studies, as their conclusions never support what anti-vaxxers think they support (or lack any credibility / have been heavily debunked) and 2) attempt to overwhelm individual’s with a conglomerate of information and, without any individual or critical thinking themselves, take this as a win; who is the real sheep? Peer review works, and the fact that absolutely no credible study with a hypothetical link has survived speaks for itself. Yet, there are a plethora of studies with millions of subjects that has never found a link; these studies have survived because they were conducted properly and had a very large number of participants which increases statistical significance (unlike Wakefields study of 12 children; it is well known that a minimum of 30 subjects is needed to establish statistical significance- whilst we’re on the subject, his Vaxxed film has been completely debunked by Science as the data is bias and misinterpreted; cherry-picked and incorrect conclusions)

People claim that Autism is listed as a side effect on vaccine inserts, this is an “adverse effect”; anything that is reported by users is published on this list regardless of evidence of a causal link- this is much the same for vaccine-injury reimbursement agencies whereby an individual report of vaccines turning a man into the incredible hulk was accepted. Once again, no evidence is needed and it is to be noted that court rooms are not laboratories. Law and Science are very different systems. The moral of this being that adverse effects and the VAERS database bear no legitimacy as Scientific evidence. That is what studies are for.

Actual incidence of to vaccine allergy is an incredibly, incredibly small proportion. Thanks to the internet and pseudoscience propaganda, most parents watch their children scrupulously following vaccination and this hypersensitivity leads them to believe that absolutely anything is a vaccine injury. The plural of anecdote is not data, as this is completely subjective. Unless you have clinical qualifications, you are not trained to correctly determine what is pathological and what is not. You can post as many YouTube videos as you want, but these are not studies. Scientists post studies with their results so it can under scrutiny before acceptance; anything else is improper and not to be taken seriously (most still will, as lack of education leads to lack of critical thinking and falling for said pseudoscience that is abundant)

The vaccination industry earns much, much less than the alternative medicine industries: it makes no sense to claim that it is only about money. I noticed someone said something about glyphosate and GMOs being harmful- both are untrue. Glyphosate is less toxic than coffee and salt and, once again, a plethora of studies on GMOs, with incredible amounts of subjects, has confirmed that there is no difference between GMO and conventional food.

In summary, if you are not an immunologist or have a medical degree, you very likely have no idea what you’re talking about. People like to simplify things with incorrect syllogisms (i.e. A means B, therefore B means C) when there are so many confounding variables they neglect due to their lack of education. Vaccines are safe and effective. Science confirms this, and your degree from Google cannot refute this. If you wish to challenge the consensus properly, write papers and do experiments; posting from Mummy Blogs and YouTube will never suffice and is laughed at by the Scientific community for obvious reasons.

Gathering you are a part of the pharmaceutical establishment at least or the practice of medicine at best, you belong to the most stiff-necked sector of so-called professionals in this country. You believe what you are told by the Pharm. companies and dismiss patients’ complaints. We’ll get help elsewhere and save “medical” treatment for the emergency room scenario. Give your own kids the vaccines. Why don’t you just do 20 at a time and get it over with?

      1. Exactly!! There is such a big effort going into “discrediting” everything that doesn’t fit the narrative. Meanwhile the agencies who set the agenda, and quite realistically profit from it, continue to usurp our medical freedom. Have you seen their recent proposal in the FR to imbue themselves with the power to quarantine and forcibly vaccinate anyone they want in the face of self-declared “outbreaks.” Would that be like the epidemic of bird flu, swine flu, Ebola, and zika that was supposed to lead to death and distraction? If there are people who don’t trust the authorities, maybe we should be demanding that the authorities be held to standards of integrity.

When a free thinking person considers the tragic rates of disease in this nation, where everyone’s dying of disease (not of natural causes or very old age, and popping pills for every ill, and losing organs and limbs), but we’re told that vaccines prevent disease, shouldn’t that product be scrutinized?

I’m still waiting for (1) scientific evidence which can prove that disease reduction in any part of the world, at any point in history, was attributable to inoculation of populations. No more outbreaks, no more epidemics, no diseases, no meds, a clean bill of health, folks dying of natural causes and very old age, in a vaccinated nation.

Do you have it? Can you share it? Because that’s ethical science to observe in a controlled environment the results of any product to determine whether it should be, or not, launched into the general population. The US schedule – a child will receive 53 injections of single and combination vaccines, along with 3 oral vaccines given, for a total of 74 vaccine doses by the time they are 18 years old. (2) Is there a long-term study available of the combined schedule, to know it’s safety and efficacy, to cover the first 18 years of a child’s vaccinated life? If you have that, too, please share.

A loving parent couldn’t care any less about the talking egos, titles, degrees, or bank accounts. We want so much evidence that there is no doubt left in our minds that any product being injected directly into our child’s bloodstream and invading every single cell of that precious body is going to be completely safe and effective.

Parents, we’re all about the love of our children. We’ll hate anyone and anything that seeks power and profit while deliberately putting at risk our children’s lives. That’s not ethical, that’s downright barbaric.

    1. I’d watch it if it was free, but the truth is that Wakefield can only make money now by perpetuating the falsehoods that he started back in the 90s. Anyone who has read his original paper (and understands anything about science), knows that he is a snake oil salesman of the most sinister type. He will not be someone who history shows to be a visionary, but as someone who used the (frankly surprising) fact that he was able to obtain a medical degree, to manipulate research and create an environment where ignorance and fear caused people to avoid the MMR and other vaccines. It will take years to undo this damage, and that’s only if he stops peddling this garbage. I wonder how he sleeps at night. I would never do anything that would put a penny in the pocket of this man, and anyone reading this should ask themselves whether this ‘research’ should be available for free, or whether you should have to pay for it.

I’m surprised his wife hasn’t left. If he’s right, it blows belief structures, agencies and powerful corporations apart. It’s not the 4 dollars really now is it. Billions are made on the drugs, right? BILLIONS! Now if they’re making billions and it turns out people did get hurt, and if Andy paid his bills with a few bucks from this, …. I’m wasting my breath. See the movie. I’ll get Andy’s portion, maybe a quarter back from him and pay-pal you.

    2. Why would anyone host a screening of Wakefield’s self-serving crockumentary? Even the “CDC whistleblower” narrative shows, when you examine the data, that there is no link between vaccines and autism. Wakefield’s original study also found no link, one of a number of things he somehow forgot to mention in the film (along with the fact that he was paid to find the link by lawyers, failed to declare that conflict of interest, failed to disclose his own patent on a single vaccine, conducted unapproved invasive tests on vulnerable children and all the other things that led to him losing his license to practise medicine).

Since then there have been, as this article says, hundreds of studies in dozens of countries covering over ten million children, each one finding no link. Autism is probably largely genetic, the symptoms are visible well before immunisation, immunisation is not a trigger or cause, changing the frequency of immunisation or separating the shots does not make any difference, and the only reason for the increased rate of diagnosis is that we’re better at diagnosing.

The CDC dataset shows no link. One researcher wanted to highlight one subgroup which had an apparent link but the overall team, knowing that post-hoc subgroup analysis is dangerous, decided not to – and it’s just as well because it turns out that the African-American boys who were the only subgroup that showed any association at all, turned out to have been vaccinated because of diagnosis, not the other way round. Another minor matter that didn’t quite make the cut, eh? I guess we can forgive you not mentioning Hooker’s lawsuit since that was sub judice, but of course we now know that this also failed due to the absence of any credible evidence that vaccines caused Hooker Jr.’s autism. Or anyone else’s.

But you people don’t want to hear that, so you keep trotting out your litany of points refuted a thousand times.

      1. Um, his original paper never claimed to find a link. If you had half a brain you’d know that and stop making things up to suit your agenda. The original paper found 12 clinical outcomes that occurred after MMR vaccination. Wakefield stated that this warranted further study to determine if there was a correlation. Then a journalist with no medical background at all came along and misrepresented himself to parents of the kids in the study and lied about what he was doing. Oh and did you know that the editor who hired him is the son of a vaccine industry worker? But it’s ok you all can stay sleeping. Nothing you say can convince us of your false truths. Oh and you may want to tell your pro vax homies that they should really stop commenting all over the net calling people names and insults and bulling people because that’s no way to be taken seriously on any level. Maybe if any of you could have a mature conversation instead of kicking and screaming like a recently vaxed child you’d get somewhere

When our daughter received her shots as a baby, she immediately had seizures. It was a bad batch that went out in 1990. Then she was prescribed phenobarbital and spent the next 3 years stoned. Her body stayed really tiny and she had a really hard time with school. We always wonder if the shots started it. We’ll never know. Have you seen VAXXED yet? I never really doubted the “facts” much. Now I’m more open to questioning the medical opinion. It appears that the drug manufacturers have influenced our medical industry. 4. That’s odd, because the U.S. Vaccine Injury Court has compensated vaccine victims who became autistic after vaccination. Weird, huh? Oh, and vaccine package inserts list autism as a potential side effect. That one’s really strange. Why would they do that?

The truth is vaccines were never about public health. They were always about the money. And now, with rampant vaccine fraud finally being exposed, it’s about protecting the guilty parties from prosecution.

Imagine if you had a multi-billion dollar (criminal) enterprise built on lies. Wouldn’t you fight to the death to prevent those lies from being made public?

It’s no accident that Forbes, Fortune and others have had recent advertorials (ads made to look like news articles) published to quell the anti-vaccine movement. These publications make a lot of money selling ad space to drug companies. (70% of all ads are drug ads. Watch TV much? Count them.) Remember—these articles are meant to fool people into thinking they’re the product of serious investigative journalism, but they’re really ads, paid for by the drug companies.

But I don’t mind the anti anti-vaccine articles. Because the longer the debate goes on, the brighter the light shines on the corrupt CDC, FDA and pharmaceutical industry.

Rats, roaches and the medical mafia hate being exposed to light.

  5. It was never the credibility (or lack thereof) of Andy Wakefield that caused parents to draw the association between Autism and vaccines. It was their first hand experience. Thousands of parents of healthy children who watched their child change overnight after a round of vaccines can not all be making this up. Vaccines cause damage. Sometimes it isn’t as obvious and sometimes it can’t be ignored. The truth is rising to the dismay of all those who have financial interest in the sheep continuing to follow blindly. People are waking up. As the mother of three healthy children who have never had a single vaccine, I see the contrast between those who have never received vaccines and those who are “up to date”. Among my three there isn’t a single diagnosis; no asthma, allergies, autism, auto immune, never an ear ache. Between the glyphosate in the food supply and the garbage in vaccines our nation is poisoning it’s children. If the “science is settled” why do vaccines list Autism as a potential side effect in the package inserts? Parents care exponentially more about their children than any dr ever will. Parents know their children better than anyone. Maybe it’s time we started listening to parents and not just the almighty doctor whose education was sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry and who is financially incentivized to immunize each child no matter the individual circumstances. Please don’t confuse your medical degree with my informed consent.

  6. Please come live at my house and take care of my autistic vaccine injured son for one day. I bet you can’t. In fact, none of you would last more than 2 hours. So, you MDs gonna take on the $23,000 a year we need for his special school he needs to give him the education he deserves?? Please contact me so we can arrange for you to pay for my son’s education and also his OT, and other medical care needed b/c VACCINES that maim and destroy otherwise healthy children. I can’t wait to drop our insurance so we can put that money to good FUNCTIONAL medicine doctors and chiropractic care for him and the rest of my family.

    1. Kane Fox – Too many coincidences to dismiss. You might want to take a look at our nation’s health statistics, infant mortality rate, children’s diseases, to open your mind a bit.

I’m sickened by our society’s narrowest of mindsets to settle at clearly corrupt and self-serving hearsay because the bought-n-sold ‘experts’ say so.

It is evidence that the medicine is wrong for us as our nation’s health tragedies can’t lie. For a nation that boasts of having the best advancements in sciences and technologies, we should also be able to boast of having the healthiest, meds and disease free, citizens, who expire from natural causes and very old age.

Yet the opposite misery is our reality. Children are supposed to be born and live healthy lives. Just not our children.

My daughter’s vaccine injury took years of unwavering commitment to a holistic lifestyle, and out-of-pocket hundreds of thousands of dollars, to repair from and finally heal.

The truth remains the truth, whether folks choose to believe it or not.

Humans are living organic beings who are born from and designed by nature. We, our immune systems, require nature to thrive – natural immunity, nature’s foods, natural medicine, exercise, sunshine, laughter, good deeds, kind hearts, and love.

We’re not things manufactured in a lab. Therefore, we’re not born drug nor vaccine deficient.

No Ph.D. required for that simplest of logic. Our immune systems are breaking down because of the massive toxins forced into our bodies, from medicine, to food, air, water, and soil.

The bottom line is that we, the parents, will always love our children more than pharma loves its big profits. And that’s where this system fails us miserably.

  8. Can someone please explain why Hannah Polling was awarded damage for her “autism like symptoms” if vaccine’s don’t cause autism??? And I don’t want your dogma people. I want science from one of these three “brilliant” doctors who authored this post.

And also WHY are you referencing the Denmark study when Poul Thorsen, co-author on that paper, is wanted by the US Government for fraud and for stealing over 1 million dollars in autism research money??? Is that really a paper that can be trusted when Poul Thorsen didn’t even conduct research with the money he was given?!?! And instead bought himself a house and a motorcycle with CDC money. Here he is listed as a fugitive : https://oig.hhs.gov/fraud/fugitives/profiles.asp

Did you ever hear the name Dr. Julie Gerberding? You’d be FASCINATED at her career path!!! What a dirty bunch… The WHOLE system is rigged. The only way to win is stay away from doctors and hospitals

  9. The information you cite in your article is CRITICALLY FLAWED! The story you convey about Andrew Wakefield didn’t end with the loss of his medical license. The English High Court reviewed the issue and overturned the General Medical Council’s decision, reinstating the other primary author, John Walker-Smith, to the medical board. Wakefield did not have the money (or rather the insurance policy) to pursue the same matter on his own behalf in court, and had already relocated to the US, where he is a licensed, practicing medical doctor now. The high court called the General Medical Council’s decision “capricious” as well as a few other choice words, and decidedly barred it from appeal. Wakefield and his colleagues were 100% exonerated by the final decision. So there’s the problem with your narrative on Wakefield.

Then there’s the Danish Study. Did you ever look at the website for the Inspector General to the Dept. of Health and Human Services? Because if you did, you’d find out that the primary author on that study, Poul Thorsen, was INDICTED FOR FRAUD AND MONEY LAUNDERING because he stole millions of US taxpayer funded money from that very study! Did he go to jail? Nope. He ran. Back to Denmark. Which is an extraditable country, by the way. But has he been extradited? Nope! He’s still publishing, most recently for the NIH in 2014! Conflict of interest? I’d say SO!

Now, if you categorically reject the 10,000 documents provided to Congressman Bill Posey by CDC Whistleblower, William Thompson, who admits his and his colleague’s involvement in intentionally covering up statistically significant impacts from the MMR vaccine on african american boys (350% corr) and on all children who develop “isolated autism” (700% corr.), then maybe you should know that he’s not the only whistleblower drawing attention to the CDC’s malfeasance on this issue. Judith PInborough Zimmerman is an autism researcher in Utah who worked for years under a CDC grant to track the autism rates in Utah. Among the allegations brought by her in her March 2016 US Distrist Court filings, are that she was told by her supervisors, and later by personnel within the CDC itself, to change the autism rate data that she collected for the state of Utah. When she refused to do so, she was harassed based upon her religion, sex, and age. So she is suing the government right now for harassment. Does this give you a clue that something is seriously amiss with CDC and it’s “autism research?” It sure does me!

Of course, CDC used the same bait-and-switch tactics in it’s now infamous MMR-Autism study as it once employed in the Vaerstraten (SP?) study on Thimerosal. When they got results they didn’t like, the changed the study design. Again. And again. And again. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, there were TWO congressional hearings on it! But it sure didn’t do anything to sway the CDC! They still keep on doing what they do… and no one is taking them to task on it, even with TWO whistleblowers currently calling them out publicly. Everyone should be very concerned about the information coming from our foremost health agency because the evidence is clear: the CDC is lying to us!

The assertion that there is “no evidence” of a link between vaccines and autism can only be made when you intentionally ignore the very open and available information about the deep, deep conflicts of interest among the “credible” scientists who conduct these large cohort studies, while accepting fairy tales about real researchers who actually showed integrity and a commitment to their patients and/or research objectives. The only credit I can possibly give the authors of this garbage post is that if they want to preserve their careers, they’ll learn from the example that was made of Dr. Wakefield. But if they had a backbone in their bodies, or a brain cell in their heads, they’d see the huge black question marks over this whole issue and ask themselves what’s really going on. Shame on these authors for putting their credentials before their credibility!

Of course, you’ll call me a crazy person, discredit me, troll me, or whatever, but you can’t force me to accept a vaccine for me or my kids. Not yet any way. So nanny goats to you! I’m still able to make my own decisions and I certainly won’t be coddled, cajoled, or swooned into a false sense of security by a bunch of PhD’s who have apparently NEVER sought independent verification on any of the information they see fit to publish and circulate on a website like this. For a bunch of doctors, you sure are idiots to put your names on something as baseless and absent of critical thought as this post.

  10. Why does this article not even mention Dr. William Thompson from the CDC?
Where is the USA study of unvaccinated vs vaccinated? You can’t tell me we don’t already have those numbers.

Do we as the greatest country in the world have to cite a Denmark study that has a United States fugitive as a co-author, Poul Thorsen, who stole over 1 million dollars in autism research money? Poul Thorsen should be the one discredited! Not Wakefield.

And the Australian meta-analysis study was described by Dr. William Thompson as, “the saddest paper I’ve ever seen. The amount of press that piece of **** paper got was so depressing. It was mind numbing.”

This is not evidence I would expect from doctors of this caliber.

    1. On Pneumonia As of September 1, 2015, there had been 47 claims filed in the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) for injuries and deaths following pneumococcal vaccinations, including 6 deaths and 41 serious injuries.
Using the MedAlerts search engine, as of September 30, 2015 there had been 14,867 serious adverse events reported to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) in connection with pneumococcal vaccinations (PCV-7, PCV-13). Over 60% of those serious pneumococcal vaccine-related adverse events occurred in children six years old and under. Of these pneumococcal-vaccine related adverse event reports to VAERS, 1,706 were deaths, with over 70% of the deaths occurring in children under six years of age.
Reported pneumoccocal vaccine reactions include fever, severe local reactions (swelling, redness, pain at site of injection), irritability, drowsiness, restless sleep, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, decreased appetite, convulsions, asthma, pneumonia and sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). http://www.nvic.org/Vaccines-and-Diseases/Pneumococcal.aspx

To summarize the article in one sentence from the article… “For anyone with an impaired immunity or metabolism, suffering from any serious/chronic disease – such as Autistic Disorder with mitochondrial dysfunction, it seems thimerosal can exacerbate your condition. “. In my opinion though, who’s to say that the vaccine didn’t cause the mitochondrial dysfunction. Interesting read none the less.

I am also concerned about the aluminum levels in the vaccines and ischemic strokes. Perhaps that is a topic for your next article. And also the fact that a baby under the age of 3 does not have a fully developed immune system.

      1. Hi john,
Thank you for the comment. As far as vaccines in general, conceptually they are awesome. Even in practice it works well (smallpox, polio, hib, etc) However, certain preservatives/additives used, essentially to cut cost, are the real problem. Though autism can’t be directly linked (autisms prevelance/incidence is on the rise everywhere despite dissimilar vaccination rates/laws/products/etc in various countries/continents) my article shows concern show the at risk, yet for healthy adults a functional kidney is the target of damage yet the body compensates with autophagy (programmed cell death) to allow the kidney itself (thus the rest of the body) 59 survive and remain healthy/functional in the future.

We need new innovations in vaccine research/use/technology and laws preventing Willy nilly use of compounds on humans without proper safety/efficacy/toxicology/pharmaco-dynamic/kinetic profiles.

      2. Another very interesting read. Great job writing that article. I love how well you document scientifically valid evidence and give your citations throughout the article i. I wish the doctors at our children’s hospital actually took this issue as serious as you are. Can’t wait for the next article. I will start posting them on facebook.

Have you heard of Cot Watch? They had to pull it from hospitals because it was seeing respiratory issues in babies after vaccination and they feared it would ruin their vaccination campaigns so instead of trying to fix the vaccine that was causing the issue they pulled the monitor. It’s insane. Your article reminded me very much of that. Here is a link describing the situation the inventors went through: http://www.consumerhealth.org/articles/display.cfm?ID=19990705002005

  11. Tell that to my autistic grandson who was born healthy and normal, that almost died that night he got 6 vaccines at 14 months of age. He is now autistic (no eye contact), non verbal, massive GI issues, sensory issues, emotional issues, etc… We would have rather risked the potential acute disease of measles vs a lifelong disability! Johns Hopkins put it in writing “Vaccine Injury”. Cant sue the vaccine manufacturer or the doctor,,,, my kids live in poverty as his adult size diapers are $200 a month and they get no help with his care. He is a million dollar child to the healthcare system with his health issues. The stress a vaccine injured child is just overwhelming for the entire family,, emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually. For anyone to even think that vaccines have ever been safe or effective does not have any common sense. Now we hear they are contaminated with Nagalase enzyme, cancer virus’, glyphosate, mycoplasma’s, and who knows what else in trace amounts along with their regular mix of toxins that do NOT belong in the body. NO long term studies. Now we find that they are made in China with fraudulent quality control! Vaccines have always been linked to harm for the past 200 years. Robert F. Kennedy Jr says it right, a medically induced “holocaust” is among us. http://www.naturalnews.com/049494_Robert_Kennedy_vaccine_holocaust_immunization_damage.html

  12. Per peer reviewed articles and my own 22 years of healthcare, only 1-10% of all vaccine injuries are reported to VAERS. Under reporting is a massive problem. The site is complicated and there is lack of information to the healthcare providers regarding this reporting system,,, by design. Its complicated, its confusing and time consuming. And time is something medical providers don’t have to spend hours reporting one injury when they could be seeing other patients and charging for their visit. And if I am not mistaken, I remember a insert that lists autism as a potential side effect.

  13. There is no evidence that vaccines even work! No long term studies. Recent outbreaks of measles and whooping cough are in the previously vaccinated. Vaccination does not mean immunization. Our creator gave us the best immune system naturally. We need to boost that with whole foods and clean water. Brazil’s microcephaly caused by DTaP vaccine during pregnancy! I have been to Brazil 7 times in the past 4 years. Brazil says its not Zika. Zika has been patented by the Rockefeller foundation since around 1947 as a mild infection. The CDC continues to put out lies and fraudulent information. Non vaccinated children have been shown to be much healthier in study after study. USA is the most aggressively vaccinated children with the highest infant mortality and the most chronically ill children in the world. Chance of having a healthier and thriving baby in Cuba or S. Korea than the USA!

  14. I wonder, dear Doctors of San Antonio, if any of you have EVER in your lives once studied logic. See, when I read these claims and comments and assurances, dear Doctors, I am reminded of the fallacy of appealing to authority, which is where you assume an authority is necessarily correct, like you white-lab-coated know-best “authorities”.

See, we know that the CDC investigated the link between autism and the MMR vaccine specifically. We know it. Yon can deny it all you want, but we know it. Dr. Brian Hooker, who got CDC Senior Scientist Dr. William Thompson to confess to his sins in recorded phone calls, is also an authority — see, he’s a doctor too — only the PhD kind, not the medical kind. He knows how to do research, and he knows the ins and outs of science. So while you authorities are busy making your claims, we have other authorities who laid out, in painstaking detail, exactly how the CDC withheld data which proves, with full statistic significance, that blacks and perfectly healthy (any race) children are the most likely to be hit with autism when given the MMR between the ages of 12 and 18 months — and they made a documentary we call VaxXed to explain it to laymen and doctors alike.

Is it because you don’t care about black children that you won’t even look?

This is the fallacy of statistical insignificance, where you hide uncomfortable facts behind statistical insignificance. I’ve never seen that fallacy named, but I’m calling it that. I wrote an article on it for Medium — see https://medium.com/@johncullison/how-statistics-failed-us-dc4aae5d1d04#.w721rl9mg if you’d like to learn a little something about how charlatans misuse statistical insignificance to suggest that what was found isn’t actually true.

You folks claim “Everything for our kids.” You really should put an asterisk by that, because you surely don’t mean a) an open mind, b) a willingness to concede a mistake, and c) an actual concern for children. I wonder how many children you are directly responsible for for having developed autism in the first place. Well, you know, in the face of overwhelming lawsuits, every lawyer and politician will tell you deny, deny, deny, and that’s all you’re doing.

Nice to see San Antonio take one for Merck. By the way, how much do you all make in kickbacks for having your clients all vaccinated? Last I heard, it’s very lucrative to risk forcing autism onto kids. Merck overcharges insurance for the vaccines (like you all probably do with $800 IV saline solution bags), then you deliver them and take as kickback a hefty slice of the profits, making you collaborators in the whole “autism-for-profit” gig.

Oh, well. The Children’s Hospital up here in Seattle is similarly corrupt. Bless your hearts.
